Napier is involved in a variety of community activities such as News 2 Food for Families Food Drive, Walk to School Day, Hands-On Nashville, several art contests, and Community Day. Napier is a popular site for student teachers and practicum students from area universities (Trevecca, David-Lipscomb, Belmont, Vanderbilt, and Tennessee State)
